No. HUNNY-DUNN is not a contractor instead wea are a construction and maintenance management company. This means we find the contractors you will hire and manage the business between the two of you on your behalf. 

Scheduled service memberships are typically for one year, however, can be extended to 3 and 5 years upon request.

At HUNNY-DUNN we understand not every client will fit every contractor and the same goes the other way around. In this event we have taken the necessary steps to provide both the client and contractor with an easy solution to this issue. Just ask your Account Manager and he or she will help you resolve the issue. 

The final price of your monthly subscription depends on a few factors, the size of your property, the number of properties in question, and the number of services required.

Yes, each client is assigned a dedicated account manager during normal business hours. After 5:30 pm in your respective area all calls, are sent to voicemail unless it’s an emergency then the call or form submission will be re-routed to a HUNNY-DUNN approved 24-hour emergency service provider in your area.

Of course, you can. We understand you have scheduled service, but things happen, and when they do, we are here to help. Simply contact your HUNNY-DUNN Account manager or our 24-hour emergency service staff and we’ll get your issue resolved.
